The amount of nutrients and antioxidants from the abundance of fruits and vegetables compressed into a glass of juice is truly powerful.
 Let’s face it, not only does it taste amazing, your energy levels will rise and you will literately be transforming the overall health of your body. What’s not to love!?
Imagine how incredible you would feel if you practiced yoga daily, while juicing on a regular basis! Juicing is one of the keys to a more vibrant and healthy life. Here at Bikram Yoga Cleveland, we encourage you to lead a life that is balanced and holistic. We came across this organic cucumber and ginger detox juice and we had to share it:

Health benefits of Juicing:

What you will need:
2 1/2 cucumbers (peeled)
2 inch knob of ginger
1 cup of fresh parsley
1/2 lemon & 1/2 lime
Small amount of cayenne pepper
Ice

Instructions 
 Juice cucumbers, lime, lemon, and parsley. Pour into a mason jar, over a handful of ice and add the cayenne pepper. Enjoy!

  • Helpful Tips

    Hydrate! Drink plenty of water before class

    Wear cool, comfortable clothing such as biking or running shorts and fitted tank tops or sports bras.

    Don't take class on a full stomach. Eat a light snack, if needed, before class, but nothing too heavy.

    Come at least 20 minutes early before your first class for registration.

    Don't be nervous. Most new students feel a little intimidated, but after only a few classes you'll feel right at home.
