Since we can’t teleport ourselves to an exotic destination just yet, our acai tropical smoothie bowl is the next best thing! The acai berry is packed full of goodness and antioxidants. It can help to increase energy levels, boost your immune system, and promote digestive health, among many other benefits. We simply can’t get enough of this powerful fruit. We came across this exotic, tropical smoothie bowl and had to share with all of you lovely yogis. With an abundance of rich flavor and an array of positive benefits for your body, we strongly recommend you try this delicious treat. Begin your mornings with 20 minutes of  positive meditation followed by this energy boosting acai bowl! Follow the simple recipe below:

Ingredients:
2 frozen bananas
1/2 of a dragon fruit
Pineapple chunks
1 cup of coconut milk
 1 tablespoon acai powder

Garnish with:
Chia seeds
Sunflower seeds
Sliced bananas 

Blend all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a bowl and garnish with the suggested toppings. Enjoy!

    Hydrate! Drink plenty of water before class

    Wear cool, comfortable clothing such as biking or running shorts and fitted tank tops or sports bras.

    Don't take class on a full stomach. Eat a light snack, if needed, before class, but nothing too heavy.

    Come at least 20 minutes early before your first class for registration.

    Don't be nervous. Most new students feel a little intimidated, but after only a few classes you'll feel right at home.
