 Tropical Chia Parfait 
This tropical chia parfait is the perfect healthy snack, or breakfast. Packed full of super fruits, antioxidants, and delicious flavor- what’s not to love? We encourage you to create a holistic lifestyle for yourself in all areas. Remember, one good decision leads to another and will help you to start forming healthy habits. We believe in you! Follow the simple recipe below for a divine, exotic parfait. *Use only organic ingredients.*
Ingredients
1/2 a cup pineapple chunks
1 mango chopped into cubes
1 banana
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup vainilla yogurt
1 can light coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
6 tbsp chia seeds
Dried dates, or granola to garnish
1/4 cup coconut shavings, sweetened

1). Combine coconut milk, chia seeds and vanilla extract. Stir well.
2). Cover and let it sit overnight (Make sure to check on it and stir from time to time) Once it has settled, move onto the fruit. 
3). Blend the fruit and pineapple juice in the blender until smooth. Pour into a glass or mason jar. Alternate between the tropical fruit smoothie,  vanilla yogurt, and chia seed/coconut pudding. Keep building the layers until you reach the brim of the jar. Top off with yogurt, coconut shavings and dried dates. Enjoy!

  • Helpful Tips

    Hydrate! Drink plenty of water before class

    Wear cool, comfortable clothing such as biking or running shorts and fitted tank tops or sports bras.

    Don't take class on a full stomach. Eat a light snack, if needed, before class, but nothing too heavy.

    Come at least 20 minutes early before your first class for registration.

    Don't be nervous. Most new students feel a little intimidated, but after only a few classes you'll feel right at home.
